Access to and/or use of this ANDALUSKI portal grants the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set out here. The website provides access to information, services or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to the Owner.
The Owner holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its website, as well as to the elements contained therein (by way of example: images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, etc.). The reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium, is expressly prohibited without the Owner's authorisation.
The Owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may be caused by, among other things: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent it.
The relationship between the Owner and the User shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada, Spain.
