At ANDALUSKI we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:
The legal basis for processing your data is the user's consent when completing the contact or booking form, and the subsequent performance of the service provision contract for the ski lessons.
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship and, subsequently, for the years required to comply with legal and tax obligations before the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) (usually 4 years).
Data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation (such as to the Tax Administration or law enforcement bodies). As a bank account and digital services within the European Union (France/Spain) are used, the data is protected under the GDPR (RGPD) framework.
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing their personal data. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability by sending an email to info.andaluski@gmail.com, attaching a copy of your identity document.
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
