These conditions govern the contracting of the ski lesson services offered through andaluski.es by Luis Francisco Rodríguez González (DNI 78311606X), hereinafter "the professional". Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.
The professional provides alpine ski instruction and guiding services at the Sierra Nevada resort (Granada). Bookings are made directly through the website, selecting the day, time, type of session, number of students and level.
The applicable rates are those published on the website at the time of booking. The lift pass (access to the lifts) and equipment rental are never included in the price of the lesson and are arranged separately.
To cancel or modify a booking, the student must notify it by WhatsApp or phone at +34 644 827 483.
Punctuality: the lesson starts and ends at the time indicated in the booking. If the student arrives late, the lesson is neither delayed nor extended for that reason; the time lost due to the delay is neither made up nor refunded.
If the ski resort closes for weather reasons and it is not possible to reschedule the hours on the same day, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The professional assumes no responsibility for closures, restrictions or resort conditions beyond his control.
The website owner Luis Francisco Rodríguez González informs users and students that he does NOT offer, market or provide any kind of public transport service, commercial transfer, taxi or private hire vehicle service (VTC).
As a strictly personal courtesy and entirely free of charge, the professional may, on an occasional and voluntary basis, offer the vacant seats in his private vehicle to share the journey from Granada to the Sierra Nevada resort with students who have booked a lesson or guiding session on the same day as the journey.
This offer is based exclusively on a principle of courtesy and sustainability (car sharing between private individuals). As there is no financial consideration or charging of any fare for the journey, this activity falls outside the scope of the Spanish Land Transport Regulation Act (Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres, LOTT).
The allocation of seats is strictly subject to the availability of space in the private vehicle and must be expressly confirmed in writing by the professional. The professional reserves the right of admission and of cancellation of this courtesy for weather, logistical or force majeure reasons, assuming no civil liability arising from the journey beyond that covered as standard by the compulsory accident insurance of his private vehicle as a private driver.
Skiing is a sporting activity that involves inherent risks. The student declares that he/she is in adequate physical condition to practise it and undertakes to follow the professional's safety instructions and the resort's regulations.
The relationship between the professional and the user is governed by the Spanish legislation in force. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada, Spain.
